Getting Healthy: Going Insane!


This week has been great!
I started a new workout called Insanity. Its really intense and so far I love it! I just hope I can survive it! My hubby and kids have been very supportive of me this week, so that has been helpful!

I have also had a few days where I have had Zumba dance parties with my little guy. That has been really fun. I can't really complain about the chance to have fun and workout.

I've been hitting my 10K step mark by mid-day as usual. So that's good. I still need to remember to keep that step counter on all day. As soon as I realize that I have hit my mark I always take it off.

This week I am happy to say I have been really good with drinking plenty of water! I've also be eating healthy as well. With this cold weather I've also had lots of tea, well Green Tea actually. So good.

After this year getting off to a rough start I am so happy to finally be working out, and be working out with some so intense. Something you can feel while doing it, and definitely the next day!
It is an intense workout. So I hope my body will work with me and I can finish the program.

  1. Funny you mention it because I just got the P90X program the other day and have been dreading the first session. I have it pencilled in for Saturday, so we'll see how that goes! Congrats on your commitment to getting healthier, I'm hoping to be able to follow suit.

    1. If its anything like Insanity its crazy scary to start it, but once you do, you will love it! If I can do it, You can do it! Thats for sure! You can follow suit!
