Getting Healthy-- Going Strong

So this week has been really good.
I have been able to do a lot of Zumba with my boys, usually around 40 minutes to 1 hour. The boys don't usually last that long, by the end they are my personal cheerleading squad! I love it! They are so cute.

I have also been able to get on the bike more. I love that. Usually around 30 minutes for that, sometimes 40 minutes.

I still have not gotten the go ahead for more intense workouts. I am hoping next week I will! I am craving it so much!

I've been eating healthy this week. Salads for lunch. Healthy dinners. Cutting out soda and sugary and drinks.
I have been drinking more and more water. For some reason lately this is hard for me to remember. I know, its like common knowledge now that you should drink more water, but in the craziness of day I often forget.

I'm still reaching my goal of 10,000 steps a day. I usually reach that by early afternoon.

My goal for next week is to continue this, working out every day, drinking more water, and eating healthy.
